1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Products that show signs of use, physical damage after delivery, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange for the item to be picked up or provide instructions for return shipping.

  • The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Since we only accept cash on delivery, no online payment refund is involved. If the return is approved:

  • You may choose a replacement item, or

  • You will receive a full cash refund upon return pickup or confirmation of item receipt by us.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 48-hour window

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
